Strength For The Assignment Workshop

Training your body for your calling - to be healthy, happy and well! This workshop teaches believers how to develop and apply sustainable exercise programs for any level of fitness and any household. Rooted in biblical truth and guided by functional strength and nutrition practices, this workshop will teach tools to women for the reclamation of Godly wellness. Meet The Founder

Micailah Brock, MS, CSCS, CPT, HC, OES, (bka Coach Cailah) is a nationally recognized Health and Wellness Coach, dynamic speaker, and author of Design Your Body: Your Guide to Cutting Through the Fat. With a Master of Science in Exercise Science, she brings over 18 years of clinical, tactical, and faith-centered expertise to the health and wellness field.

Micailah holds advanced certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Board-Certified Health Coach (HC), and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist (OES). Her career spans nearly two decades of traveling the United States, coaching both online and in person, and speaking at churches, wellness events, universities, and conferences to bring transformational health strategies to God's people.

She has helped hundreds of individuals shed thousands of pounds and virtually eliminate their dependence on medications, including those for diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, depression, obesity, and other chronic ailments. Her unique method fuses biblical truth with evidence-based, holistic action steps—empowering her clients to experience sustainable healing and lifelong change. Many of her clients continue to maintain their results years after completing her programs.

Micailah’s coaching is firmly grounded in Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” and James 2:26: “Faith without works is dead.” These scriptures guide her mission to restore the body, mind, and spirit—helping individuals and communities reclaim vibrant health as a sacred calling
